Dear Clarice Members,

We’re thrilled to invite you to an exciting new Clarice Member event! Mark your calendars for Saturday, February 15 as we gather in the cellar at Gravity Wine House (don’t forget to dress warmly) for a day of blending, bonding, and a touch of friendly competition.

Here’s what’s in store:

The Challenge: Create the Ultimate Blend
 Members will team up in groups of four.
 Each group will receive wine samples and blending tools (beakers, graduated cylinders, and
pipettes).
 Your mission? Craft the best blend possible.
Once blends are finalized, Morét and I will conduct a blind tasting to determine the winners—all while you sip and savor our bottled wines. The top teams will earn fabulous prizes!

A Day of Wine & Food

After the blending competition, we’ll sit down for a delicious Greek-inspired luncheon paired with
wine, followed by an exclusive tasting of our newly bottled wines, led by Morét and me.

Event Details

Seats are limited to 64 participants and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. For the first
week, registration is limited to Clarice Members and their spouses. If you’d like to bring additional
guests, please let us know when you purchase tickets, and we’ll do our best to accommodate them after member priority.

Cost: $80 per person, which includes the luncheon, the blending wines, and all of the tasting wines. Cancellations and full refunds are possible up until January 15, 2025.
